Qualifications and skills:

  • Equivalent blend of education, training, and experience, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of key principles relevant to our industry and role.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years of career growth in direct sales, with the ability to impact revenue targets. SaaS experience is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including its dynamics, trends and challenges.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies that deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrates a strong “hunter” mentality, proactively seeking new business opportunities and aggressively pursuing potential leads to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, fostering productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, partners, and direct customers.
  • Being coachable, actively seeking feedback and being open to learning and development opportunities to enhance sales performance.
  • Demonstrated capability in leveraging innovation and emerging marketing and sales strategies, leading to increased direct sales and revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel as required to nurture relationships with direct customers and actively attend industry events, expanding our network and driving recruitment and retention success.
